What Do I Need to Make the Template Work?

A Notion Account

Notion has a free plan that is suitable for most small business owners. I personally used the free version for more than 12 months without any problems or limitations.

A Bit of Time

Time to transfer your information from your other systems into Notion. This can be done over a period of time. I recommend people set aside 10 to 30 mins a day to transfer info into Notion.

Some Patience

Like any new system it takes time to learn and implement. Don't try & get everything done in one sitting. I've created the template to be as easy as possible to use, for beginners & experienced users.

My superpower lies in getting 'things' organised and using technology to make business easier. I've always been known as the systems girl and I love nothing more than creating an Excel spreadsheet with formulas and automations, that can simplify all of those mundane tasks.

I've now transitioned to Notion, and dare I say it (I love it more than Excel). The simplicity of the organisational structure in Notion is what got me hooked.
