"Client," "You," and "Your" refer to the person accessing this website and accepting The Entrepreneurs Lounge’s terms and conditions. "The Entrepreneurs Lounge," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to The Entrepreneurs Lounge, ABN 98 219 087 245. "Parties" refer to both the Client and The Entrepreneurs Lounge.

This website is owned and operated by The Entrepreneurs Lounge, based at St Kilda Rd, Melbourne 3004. We reserve the right to modify and/or update our Terms and Conditions at our discretion, with or without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Any addendums to these Terms and Conditions for individual memberships must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Membership

Membership is available to individuals and businesses operating in Australia. Membership outside of Australia may be granted at our discretion. Membership is restricted to individuals over the age of 16. Proof of age may be required before approval. By becoming a member, you agree to: Provide accurate and current information. Maintain and update your membership details as necessary. Not upload or share harmful or illegal content. Respect other members and maintain professional conduct.

4. Membership Payments

Membership payments are processed via The Entrepreneurs Lounge’s preferred payment providers. Payments will be automatically debited on renewal unless cancelled in advance. If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended or terminated. No refunds will be issued for memberships or services that have been paid for but not used.

5. Membership Portal

Members may access The Entrepreneurs Lounge program, which includes all available lounges, training sessions, templates, resources, and community features as outlined in their membership tier (Essentials or Inner Circle). We reserve the right to modify program content, session schedules, or available resources at our discretion to improve the member experience. Members are expected to engage respectfully within the community and we reserve the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines or engages in behaviour that is offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate."

6. Business Mentors

The Entrepreneurs Lounge serves as a platform connecting members with business mentors and experts who provide educational content and guidance. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any services, advice, or business transactions that may occur between members and mentors outside of The Entrepreneurs Lounge platform. Members engage with mentors and their services entirely at their own risk and discretion. The Entrepreneurs Lounge disclaims all liability for any outcomes, disputes, or issues that may arise from direct engagements between members and mentors, whether conducted within or outside of our platform.

7. Agreements Between Third Parties

The Entrepreneurs Lounge may recommend or reference third-party applications, software, tools, services, or businesses for educational or informational purposes. These recommendations are provided as general guidance only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of quality, performance, or suitability for your specific needs.

We receive no compensation from these third-party providers unless explicitly disclosed. Members who choose to purchase, subscribe to, or engage with any third-party applications or services do so entirely at their own risk and discretion. The Entrepreneurs Lounge disclaims all responsibility and liability for any issues, disputes, financial losses, or outcomes that may arise from your interactions or transactions with third-party providers, including but not limited to product quality, service delivery, billing disputes, data security, or customer service issues.

Your personal information will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties. We use social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to communicate with our audience. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

Membership cancellations are processed via Stripe or another designated payment provider. No refunds will be issued once a membership has commenced. If a long-term membership (6-month or yearly) is cancelled early, full payment of the contract may still be required.

- You breach these Terms and Conditions.

- We are unable to verify your registration details.

- Your account remains inactive for an extended period

- We choose to discontinue a service or program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service from our website. We are not responsible for external links or third-party content accessed through our website.
